  • In stock pieces ship within 5 business days of purchase. Made to Order items will ship within 3-5 weeks. To view whether an item is made to order or in stock, please refer to the individual product page of the item.

  • We ship jewelry orders within the United States via FedEx.  Ground shipping to free while expedited shipping costs $20.

  • Thank you for supporting IMA BY ALICIA. Each piece of handcrafted with care.

    EXCHANGES + STORE CREDIT:

    Refunds are not offered. However, we are happy to offer an exchange or store credit for unworn, undamaged items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery.

    To initiate an exchange or request a store credit, please email info@imabyalicia.com with your order number and reason for the request. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and we recommend using a tracked shipping method.

    Store credit is issued once the returned item is received and inspected, and may be used toward any future purchase.

    DAMAGED ITEMS:

    On the rare occasion that your item arrives damaged, please contact info@imabyalicia.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will happily repair any item that arrives damaged. If damage occurs due to mishandling or other circumstances, a repair and shipping fee will need to be charged. Please contact us for a quote.

    FINAL SALE:

    Custom pieces and earrings are final sale and not elligible for exchange or store credit.

    LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES:

    Once an order is shipped and marked delivered by the carrier, IMA BY ALICIA is not responsible for lost of stolen packages. We recommend shipping to a secure address.

  • Sterling silver is a living metal— it will develop a natural patina over time. To keep your piece bright, clean with a gentle polishing cloth. It is recommended to avoid perfume, lotions, and household chemicals.

    14k Plated gold over sterling silver will maintain it’s glow with proper care. Clean gently with a soft dray cloth. Do not use polishing cloths or chemicals as that can wear the plating over time.

    But most importantly, just enjoy it and wear it often!
